The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered a huge change in the way workspaces are perceived and managed across the world. It has accelerated the adoption of digital technologies and pushed businesses to come up with creative solutions to make remote working possible. On one hand, it has given everyone a much-needed flexibility to improve their work-life balance and on the other, it prompted organizations to draft favourable remote working policies and adopt an array of technological tools to facilitate remote working to attract and retain better talent.
