The Raipur Development Authority (RDA) is an Urban Development Authority under the ages of Government of Chhattisgarh (India) for the development of Raipur city, Chhatisgarh India since 1963. Under the Scheme of Government, RDA aims at developing township with better infrastructure and environment, providing world class amenities and facilities in Raipur.

Business Challenges

RDA, being a governmental organization was using various proprietary applications that weren’t integrated and had no automated features to make the real-estate management process of pre-sales, sales and after-sales services, material management and finance completely transparent. The major challenges for RDA were:
