“Woot! Initiative” is an initiative which stems from the strong beliefs of Aarav Solutions in diversity & equal career opportunities for all to create a sustainable organisation culture keeping the values at its core. It is aimed at providing a platform through which women professionals in tech industry can re-enter the corporate IT world after a career break.

Selection Process

  • grow Register :
    Interested candidates can send us an attach a copy of their updated resume and register through completing the form.
  • grow Screening :
    Resumes that are received will undergo a round of internal screening. Post this process, resumes will be shared with the respective departments and subjected to vacancies we will connect with you accordingly.
  • grow Telephonic Interview :
    Shortlisted candidates will go through a telephonic interview.
  • grow Personal Interview :
    Candidates, those who have cleared the telephonic round will be invited for a round of interview with the respective Hiring Manager & the Department Head.
