Our customer was offering a connected car solution through a service bureau (Gen1) which provided a limited one size fits all heavily customized solution. Our customer recognized that personalization and engagement were keys to their market success and so set about building a Gen2 Connected Car solution to address these needs.

 

Solution

 

Our customer selected the Oracle Communication Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery (RODOD) primarily because it met all the feature requirements but also because competing automakers had used the solution as part of their breakaway from the same service bureau. The overall implementation was contracted to the automakers marketing company who selected Aarav Solutions being trusted Oracle partner with successful implementations for the competing automakers solutions.
