Back in 2012 when Aarav Solutions had its first employee to over 100 employees now, Raj has continuously bound the organization together. He completed his B.E. (Information and Technology) from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University. He is a detail oriented and dedicated professional, and known to be a constant learner, quick to accept new concepts; while his esteemed technical knowledge and work ethic are acknowledged by many. Not only is he himself a great asset to the team, he brings out the best of his team members too, making his leadership one of a kind. Raj has also lead the digital transformation for leading organizations like Oracle, Hyundai Motors America, Siemens, Sirius XM, etc. where he deployed large scale solutions, team mentoring, product engineering and worked on and with IoT, Cloud, etc.

As Aarav Solutions’ Chief Technology Officer (CTO), brings over two decades of technology leadership experience. Holding a master’s degree in software engineering from the esteemed Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, Sriram has excelled in driving digital transformations across various industries, including Communication Service Providers, Energy, Utilities, and Media.
Sriram’s leadership is marked by key certifications, such as Certified Blockchain Expert, Salesforce Certified Administrator, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and Google Cloud Platform Certified Cloud Engineer. With directorial roles at Salesforce and Singtel, he contributed to end-to-end architectural solutions, cybersecurity, and specialized in AWS and GCP platforms.
In his role as CTO, Sriram plays a crucial part in shaping Aarav Solutions’ technological vision and roadmap, aligning it with overall business strategy. His strategic leadership extends to customer success, organizational changes, and preparations for future growth. Sriram also spearheads sales and marketing efforts, developing robust strategies for new markets and overseeing the entire sales funnel. Additionally, supervising marketing campaigns, emphasizing Aarav Solutions unique technology propositions, and collaborating with the marketing team to strengthen brand messaging. Sriram’s commitment to innovation is evident in leading research and development initiatives, ensuring Aarav Solutions remains at the forefront of technology. His oversight of technology and solutions architecture, along with identifying and securing strategic partnerships, positions Sriram as a key driver of Aarav Solutions success and innovation.

As the Vice President of Global Operations, Bhavin Patel is leading Aarav Solutions governance and operating models, strengthening relationships with our key strategic accounts, and scaling the organization from all aspects including, IT consulting to Product Engineering. Holding an Honours degree in Business Studies and Business Information Systems, he started his career in Financial and Accounting System Transformations and worked predominantly with Oracle Technologies. Having an overall experience of 20-years in the Financial Services sector, he worked with Thomson Reuters and later served 13-years with Equifax Inc. in multiple leadership roles in the Finance, Data and Transformation departments before joining AXA Health Insurance company as their Head of Data Management in 2019. As he progressed in his career, he established himself into a Data & Analytics Transformation leader globally. He got promoted to Chief Data & Analytics Officer and Head of Data Management in 2020, where he led a team of 70+ Data & Analytics professionals and drove the transformation and adoption of modern data and digital technologies. He received multiple awards from Equifax Inc. for his Programme and Transformation Leadership. His strengths lie in strategy, talent management, senior stakeholder engagement, installing strong governance, and implementing scalable target operating models. He assists businesses in their digital and data ambitions by enabling systems with progressive attitudes.

Responsible for the overall planning and management of technology solutions, Dhaivat Shah oversees IT projects and ensures customer and organization goal alignment. With his calm and composed demeanor, he analyses business requirements and determines the technology needs. While establishing IT policies in the company, he is known to go the extra mile to ensure excellence of services. Dhaivat has completed his B.E. Computer from L. D. College of Engineering, Gujarat University. Out of the 18 years he has dedicated to the IT field in his career, ha has been instrumental in Aarav Solutions’ growth since its initial years. In his own words, he admits that focusing on resolving the issues instead of blaming others, has been the key approach that has helped him throughout his personal and professional career. In his free time he likes to read books on self-help, religion, culture etc. as he believes that Indian literature is truly enriching.

With his wide experience in the IT sector, Harindra Akbari is responsible for the IT infrastructure Services, Cloud services and Network solutions at Aarav Solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in Design, Implementation, Integration, management and troubleshooting heterogeneous complex Networks- he has been associated with this company for the last four months. Harindra has completed his B.E. in Computer Science from Dharmsinha Desai Institute of Technology; Nadiad, Gujarat University. He is a passionate learner, enjoying learning new things and picking up on new skills. As a professional, he is not afraid to take calculated risks for the good of a project, which makes him a true asset for an ambitious company like Aarav Solutions.

As the backbone of Operations and delivery, Kaifi Azad is responsible for the delivery of key accounts, Sales, Pre-Sales, Consulting and Vendor Management at Aarav Solutions. He has completed his PGDBA in Operations management from Symbiosis, Pune. He is leading process management at Aarav Solutions by aligning organization goals with respective technology and unquestionably strives for customer success. As a key contributor for various projects, he has a total of more than 17 years of IT experience. Professionally, Kaifi is ever ready to learn new technologies, skills according to the need of hour. Complimenting his professional persona, he has been awarded the Super Boss award while managing a Vodafone India project. He has also lead a team of Oracle UIM who Launched UIM commercially first in the world.Prior to joining Aarav Solutions, he has worked for large scale organizations, namely, Capgemini, Wipro, where he held key positions.

A passionate change maker with unparalleled expertise in various facets of information technology. Dhaval Sanghavi heads the Mobility & Consulting division at Aarav Solutions. With strong people management skills, he has often taken on significant leadership roles for project delivery and consulting. Dhaval’s technology acumen has been pivotal in upholding the Aarav Solutions ethos of innovation in technology. After completing a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University, he has spent 15+ years working in the IT industry in India and USA. For the last eight years, he has been working with Aarav Solutions. His go-getter attitude and laser-like focus has led a number of Oracle BRM projects to success even under constraints.

Nitin Patel, our Director of Innovation at Aarav Solutions, with 19 years of cloud technology expertise. As a Software Solutions Architect and Computer Engineering graduate, Nitin excels in crafting innovative solutions that harmonize practicality with cutting-edge tech. Specializing in robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures, he aligns technical strategies with business goals. Nitin’s continual learning addresses emerging trends like hybrid cloud integration and microservices. His collaborative leadership enhances project success, shaped by experiences at Veritas Technologies, Symantec Software, and Cognizant Technologies. Beyond work, Nitin prioritizes family, embodying Aarav Solutions’ commitment to holistic well-being.

Amar Desai, Practice Head for Oracle at Aarav, guides program delivery, client management, and measurable outcomes. With a computer engineering degree and 23 years in global telecom, Amar started as a Developer for broadband/Triple Play. Over a decade, he led Cable Broadband, IP Telephony rollouts, and system integration with a focus on OSS/BSS, IT strategy, and transformation. Previously with Oracle, Amar oversaw program delivery in ANZ & Pacific Islands. He excels in P&L management, relationship building, and solution sales. Amar is dedicated to seamless program delivery, exceeding client expectations, and achieving tangible results for the team and clients alike.

Brijal Bhavsar is the financial spine at Aarav Solutions- juggling many roles like managing the Finance Department, Payroll, Vendor Management and Payments, etc. With a noteworthy experience of more than 6 years in the field & at Aarav Solutions, she also manages the finances with external parties such as bankers, auditors, Freelancers, consultants. Brijal is a recognized CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and has completed her M.Com and B.Com from M.S. University, Baroda. She has also educated herself with an LLB from the same university. Her remarkable contributions to our organization have been awarded with the Long Service Award here at Aarav Solutions in 2018. An avid reader, Brijal is also a hardworking and diligent professional. Other than her uncompromised expertise in Finances, she loves watching movies, travelling, photography and spending time with her 7 months old baby daughter.

Krupa is happiest when working in tandem with every stakeholder at the organization to build and enhance a fantastic workplace culture and experience for all employees. As an integral part of Aarav Solutions, she is instrumental in strategic management; hands-on operational management; Learning & Development; Performance Management; Talent Management; Leadership Development; Coaching and Change Management have made her an invaluable part of the leadership team. Any new challenge is welcome for Krupa, who has a Bachelor of Engineering in Information & Technology from Gujarat Technical University and has since led human resources for globally-based companies. She is a free-spirited traveler and the encyclopedia of the best restaurants in town.

Himanshu is in charge of the most crucial corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs at Aarav Solutions. His 18+ years of experience in IT domains and 10+ years of persistent research towards nature, animals and organic farming have equipped him to persuade everyone to join him on a mission towards society, village, health, self-sustainability and nature with focus on fields like education, student character development, gaushala development, nature conservation through ancient Indian techniques, Gurukul education, and alternate-ancient Indian health therapies. Himanshu exemplifies Aarav Solutions’ commitment to the local community by his work with one of the top five IT MNCs, the nonprofit sector and the government sector, where he played a pivotal role in the foregrounding of CSR initiatives, philanthropy and voluntary efforts towards comprehensive success. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Sankalchand Patel University and has a library of over two hundred books that he enjoys sharing with kids and strangers alike.
